摘  要:[目的]通过优化试验条件,得到敌百虫在1年2地胡萝卜及土壤样品中的消解动态。[方法]消解动态试验将30%敌百虫乳油按300.0 mL/667m^2(有效成分1350.0 g a.i./hm^2)制剂对水稀释后,施药1次,采用气相色谱对敌百虫有效成分进行检测。[结果]在选定的气相色谱检测条件下优化提取和萃取方法,敌百虫在土壤、胡萝卜植株、胡萝卜空白样品中的回收率达到试验要求。消解动态试验结果表明:敌百虫在胡萝卜植株中的消解半衰期为3.63~3.89 d,在长沙土壤中的消解半衰期为3.90 d。[结论]在我国自然条件下,敌百虫在胡萝卜植株和土壤中消解较快,不会造成累积性残留。[Aims] By optimizing the experiment conditions, degradation dynamics oftrichlorfon in carrot and soil for one year was obtained. [Methods] Triehlorfon 30% EC was applied at the dosage of 300.0 mL/667m^2(1350.0 g a.i./ha) for one time in degradation dynamic trial. The ingredient oftrichlorfon 30% EC was determined by GC. [Results] Under the certain GC experiment condition, the extraction methods were optimized. The recovery of trichlorfon in carrot, carrot plant and soil met the qualification of residue test. The results showed that the degradation half-lives of trichlorfon in carrot plant were 3.63-3.89 d. It was 3.90 d in soil of Changsha. [Conclusions] Under the natural conditions of China, trichlorfon will degrade rapidly and not accumulate in carrot plant and soil.
