摘 要:为个体化髋臼前柱置钉通道的规划提供一种精确、简约和高效的CAD技术,对进一步提升手术的安全性和效费比、提高手术响应速度、降低手术难度具有重要意义。提出了虚拟复位、前后柱分离、基于最小二乘法原理求取置钉通道方向、在投影封闭区域求取最大内接椭圆的规划路线,对通道参数实现了全局优化,同时给出了应测量的置钉瞄准器的调整参数。相对于现行的髋臼前柱置钉通道规划方法与手段,本技术不但具有更好的规划质量,工作效率也得到大幅度提升。An accurate, simple and efficient CAD Planning technology is provided for individual acetabular anterior column nailing channel, which is of great significance in further enhancing the safety, efficiency-cost ratio and the response speed of surgery and also in reducing the difficulty of operation. The paper puts forward the planning route of virtual resetting, separating the columns, calculating the nailing channel direction based on the principle of least squares and finding the maximum inscribed ellipse in the enclosed region of the cross section projection, to achieve the global optimization, and measures the relevant parameters which are used to adjust the aiming device. Compared with the current methods, this technology not only has better planning quality, but also improves the work efficiency greatly.
