摘　　要：阐述非洲卢旺达基加利会议中心建筑群项目冷冻机房机电设备安装施工技术和热电联产绿色节能理念在实际施工中的应用。并通过此项目对国际工程招投标阶段应注意的问题进行说明。This article introduces the method statement for a HAVC plant room in Kigali Convention Complex in Rwanda of Africa, specifically the technology of cogeneration in the physical project, which embodies the application of the concept of energy conservation. Moreover, this article discusses the tendering issues worth attention during the stage of bidding.
