摘  要:为探究萝卜肉质根中Chs基因的表达量与色素含量的关系,以16份不同类型萝卜为材料,在抽薹前测定肉质根色素含量和Chs基因的表达量。结果表明,不同类型萝卜肉质根Chs基因的表达量在0.098 8~6.432 1之间,平均值为1.401 7,肉质根色素含量在0.001%~2.543%之间,平均值为0.804%。方差分析表明,16份不同类型萝卜肉质根间Chs基因表达量(F=2.354 0,p=0.000 1)和色素含量(F=114.294 0,p=0.000 1)差异均极显著,红皮红心萝卜的Chs基因表达量和色素含量均显著高于其他肉质颜色萝卜。相关分析表明,萝卜肉质根Chs基因的表达量与色素含量的相关系数为0.83,且相关系数达极显著水平。说明萝卜肉质根的色素含量与Chs基因的表达量高度相关,Chs基因可能是萝卜花青素合成的关键基因之一。Chs基因可作为萝卜色素生产基因工程中的候选基因,用于高色素含量萝卜新品种的选育。The purp ose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Chs gene expression level and pigment content in fleshy roots of radish.16 different types of radish fleshy roots were selected,whose pigment content and Chs gene expression level were measured before bolting.The results showed that the expression level of Chs gene in radish fleshy roots of 16 different types ranged from 0.098 8 to 6.432 1 with an average of 1.401 7,and pigment content from 0.001% to 2.543% with a mean of 0.804%.Variance analysis demonstrated that the expression level of Chs gene(F=2.354 0,p=0.000 1) and pigment content(F=114.294 0,p=0.000 1) in 16 different radish fleshy roots were significantly different.In addition,the expression level of Chs gene and pigment content of radish with red skin and red fleshy were significantly higher than those of other types of radishes.Moreover,the correlation analysis indicated that the correlation coefficient between the expression level of Chs gene and pigment content in radish fleshy roots was 0.83,which reached the extremely significant level.It was illustrated that the expression level of Chs gene was highly relevant to pigment content in those 16 different radish varieties,and Chs gene might be one of the key regulators in the synthesis of radish anthocyanin.Chs gene could be acted as acandidate gene involved in pigment synthesis in radish,which could be further applied in the breeding of new radish varieties with higher pigment content.
