摘 要:为了明确西南地区草莓灰霉病对嘧霉胺的抗药性及致病力状况,从贵阳、重庆、成都等14个地区的不同草莓品种上采集82株草莓灰霉病菌菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法检测其对嘧霉胺的敏感性,离体叶片接种法检测各菌株致病力。结果表明,高抗菌株36株(43.90%),中抗菌株26株(31.71%),低抗菌株4株(4.88%),敏感菌株16株(19.51%);强致病力菌株6株(7.32%),中等致病力菌株21株(25.61%),弱致病力菌株55株(67.07%)。西南各草莓种植区的灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺都有较高的抗药性,致病力以中等、弱为主。这表明,西南地区草莓灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺已产生抗药性,致病力分化明显。To investigate the res istance and pathogenicity of Botrytis cinerea from strawberry in southwest to pyrimethanil,eighty-two strains were isolated from diseased fruits or leaves of strawberry collected from fourteen different regions in Guiyang,Chongqing and Chengdu.Their resistance to pyrimethanil was detected by mycelia growth rate method,and pathogenicity was detected by in vitro blade inoculation method.The result showed that there were 36 strains with high resistance(43.90%),26 strains with middle resistance(31.71%),4 strains with low resistance(4.88%) and 16 sensitive strains(19.51%).Strains with strong pathogenicity,moderate pathogenicity and weak pathogenicity were 6(7.32%),21(25.61%) and 55(67.07%),respectively.B.cinereas in strawberry from southwest had high resistance to pyrimethanil,but their pathogenicity was moderate and weak.Therefore,B.cinerea from strawberry in southwest had yield resistances to pyrimethanil,and the pathogenicity differentiation was prominent.
