摘 要:筛选适合烟叶唇柱苣苔叶片扦插繁殖的方法,为通过扦插育苗实现烟叶唇柱苣苔快速无性繁殖提供技术支持。以烟叶唇柱苣苔叶片为试材,研究不同叶片插穗材料发生方式、不同生长素处理及不同基质扦插对烟叶唇柱苣苔的扦插影响。结果表明:1/2叶的扦插效果较好,平均每个插穗材料长出子株2.00~3.50株;适宜的生长素处理为NAA 100 mg/L浸泡6 h,扦插成活率达到100%,平均每个插穗材料长出子株2.83株;沙:表土:椰糠(V1:V1:V1)的混合基质适宜作为扦插基质,平均每个插穗材料发生子株2.26株。烟叶唇柱苣苔叶柄在NAA 100.0 mg/L中浸泡6 h后扦插于沙+表土+椰糠混合基质中,各生长指标均较佳。该叶片扦插繁殖方法较适合在烟叶唇柱苣苔产业化育苗中推广应用。The aim of this study was to screen the suitable method for leaf cutting reproduction of Chirita heterotricha so as to provide technical support for the rapid clonal propagation of Chirita heterotricha through cuttage propagation.The leaves of Chirita heterotricha were used as materials,and the effect of different leaf insert materials,different auxin treatments and different matrix cuttings on cuttage propagation of Chirita heterotricha was analyzed.The results showed that 1/2 leaf cutting types was suitable for growing and 2.00-3.50 strains were produced by each cutting on average.The optimum concentration of auxin was NAA 100 mg/L for 6 h,with which the survival rate reached 100% and 2.83 strains were produced by each cutting on average.The optimum cutting substrate for adventitious buds was the mixed substrate of sand:topsoil:coconut chaff(V1:V1:V1),and 2.26 strains were produced by each cutting on average.Soaked in NAA 100 mg/L for 6 h and then cultured in the mixed substrate of sand:topsoil:coconut chaff,the growth indexes of leaves of Chirita heterotricha were better.The cutting propagation method of leaves was suitable for popularization and application in industrialized seedling of Chirita heterotricha.
