摘  要:本试验以玉米品种吉单631为试验材料,研究了在滴灌条件下,不同质膜对玉米叶片叶绿素荧光及产量的影响。研究结果表明:在玉米各生育期,叶绿素荧光参数中基础荧光(Fo)数值变化比较明显,但总体呈先升高后降低的趋势。两个覆膜处理的最大荧光(Fm)值均低于对照处理(CK),而PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭(qP)及非光化学淬灭(NPQ)值均高于对照(CK)。覆膜处理对提高玉米产量具有明显效果,且NDF处理、DF处理及CK处理间差异极显著。In this research,we took maize variety jidan 631 as test material to study the effects of different kinds of membranes on chlorophyll fluorescence and yield of maize leaves under the condition of drip irrigation.Research results showed that the basis of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of fluorescence(Fo) numerical changed significantly at each growth stage of maize,but the overall trend was increased firstly and then decreased.The maximum fluorescence(Fm) values with two membranes treatment were lower than the control(CK),while the potential PSⅡ activity(Fv/Fm),photochemical quenching(q P) and non-photochemical quenching(NPQ) values were higher(CK) than the control.There was a significant effect of membrane treatment on increasing yield of maize with,and the differences were remarkable of maize treated by NDF,DF,and CK,respectively.
