摘 要:以"新陆早61号"为试验材料,设置土优塔(50 mL/666.67 m2)化学打顶与人工打顶(对照)的田间对比试验,3次重复,采集不同处理(0 d,5 d,10 d,20 d)倒四叶样品,提取5种内源激素(ABA,CTK,IAA,ZR、GA3),用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定内源激素的含量,并采用Sigma Plot和Excel软件进行作图分析。结果表明,土优塔化学打顶与人工打顶处理相比ABA、IAA浓度变化趋势明显,GA3浓度变化趋势不明显:ABA浓度在土优塔处理1 d后变为对照处理浓度的1/2,在处理10 d变为对照处理浓度的2倍;IAA含量在土优塔处理5 d后较对照明显增加。GA3浓度变化趋势与人工打顶处理变化趋势一致。土优塔化学打顶在一定程度上能够替代人工打顶技术,起到打顶效果,其调控顶端优势的机制与人工打顶存在相似之处,也有所差异,研究结果将为深入研究土优塔化学打顶机理及新型化学打顶剂研发提供理论基础与支持。'Xinluzao 61' was used as test material,Toyota-cotton chemical topping agents and manual topping were set up to study the field experiment under the three repeats.After collecting leaf samples treated in 0 d,5 d,10 d,and 20 d,five endogenous hormones(ABA,CTK,IAA,ZR,GA3) were measured by ELISA,which were analyzed by Sigmaplot and Excel.The result showed that the change tendency of ABA,IAA treated with by DPC changed obviously compared with manual topping,but the GA3 tendency was no significant.The content of ABA was half of that in control group after treated one day later,and it was double that of manual topping group when it was treated 10 days later.The content of IAA increased significantly after it was treated 5 days later.The tendency of GA3 in DPC was in coincidence with manual topping.Therefore,the Toyota-cotton chemical topping agents could replace the manual topping in some degree.There were some similarities between manual topping and Toyota-cotton chemical topping agents,but the mechanism was still different.The result would provide theoretical basis and support for studying the mechanism of chemical topping and new chemical topping agent in future.
