摘　　要：企业轨道运输停运改造安装轨道衡的工期时限非常有限,用户迫切需求设计一种整体式安装的动态轻轨衡作为轨道运输计量工具。动态轨道衡承载器(称量秤体)与基础预埋构件(秤架底框)形成一个整体,所有附件的连接在制造厂完成,用户只需在现场事先按图制作浇灌一个基坑,无需预埋任何构件,待设备运至现场后,将秤架底框安放至基坑内进行适当微调并注入二次灌浆即可,安装工期大大缩短,生产工作效率提高,给用户及供方带来便利和效益。There is very limited time limit for the railway transportation and installation of the railway transportation, and the users are in urgent need to design a dynamic light rail system with integrated installation as the measurement tool for rail transportation. Dynamic rail weighbridge based embedded bearing device （weighing scale） and component （scale bottom box） to form a whole and connected to the factory to complete all attachment, users only need to pour out at the scene in advance according to the drawing of a foundation pit, without any embedded component, after waiting for equipment shipped to the site, will scale rack bottom box placed appropriately fine-tuning and injection to the foundation pit of secondary grouting, installation greatly shorten the construction period, the production efficiency increase, bring convenience and benefit to the user and the supplier.
