摘  要:目的探讨T细胞亚群CD4+、Y型干扰素在儿童自身免疫疾病中的作用。方法 2016年1月至2017年1月收治了60例自身免疫疾病患儿,其中急性期患儿30例,缓解期30例,男40例,女20例;另外选择同期健康体检儿童作为健康对照组,一共30例,使用流式细胞术检测外周血Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg细胞;使用酶联免疫法检测Y型干扰素、IL-4、转化生长因子-B1。观察自身免疫疾病患儿CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群变化、自身免疫疾病患儿Y型干扰素变化。结果 (1)和健康对照组对比,急性期组和缓解组Th1、Treg、Th1/Th2、Treg/Th17明显升高,Th2、Th17明显降低,数据差异明显,P<0.05。和缓解组对比,急性期组Th1/Th2明显降低,数据差异明显,P<0.05。(2)和健康对照组对比,急性期组和缓解组干扰素-Y、转化生长因子-B1、干扰素-Y/白细胞介素-4、转化生长因子B1/白细胞介素-17明显降低,白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-17明显升高,数据差异明显,P<0.05。和缓解期组对比,急性期组白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-17明显升高,转化生长因子-B1、转化生长因子-B1/白细胞介素-17明显降低,数据差异明显,P<0.05。(3)根据Pearson相关分析结果,自身免疫疾病儿童患者干扰素-Y和CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群的关系如下:干扰素-Y和Th1、Treg、Th1/Th2、Treg/Th17均为显著正相关关系,和Th2、Th17均为显著负相关关系。结论 T细胞亚群CD4+、Y型干扰素在儿童自身免疫疾病中具有重要的促进作用,其相互调控的关系贯穿于儿童自身免疫疾病始终。Objective To investigate the role of T lymphocyte subsets CD4+ and Y interferon in autoimmune diseases in children. Methods January ,2016 -January,2017, we admitted 60 cases of autoimmune disease in children, including 30 cases of children with acute and 30 cases of remission, with male 40 cases, female 20 cases; a total of 30 cases of healthy childrenwere used as control. We use the flow cytometry to checkperipheral blood Thl, Th2 Thl7 and Treg cells; using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detection of Y, interferon IL-4,transforming growth factor-B1. We then observed the changes of CD4+T lymphocyte subsets in children with autoimmune diseases and the changes of Y type interferon in children with autoimmune diseases. Results (1)Compared with the healthy control group, Th1, Treg, Thl/Th2 and Treg/Thl7 were significantly higher in acute phase and remission group, Th2 and Thl7 were significantly shorter, and the difference of data was significant, P 〈 0.05. Compared with the remission group, the Thl/Th2 in the acute stage was significantly lower and the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05. (2)Compared with healthy control group, for the acute group and remission group, interferon-Y, transforming growth factor-B 1, - Y/ interferon, interleukin-4, transforming growth factor B1/ interleukin- 17 were significantly lower, while interleukin-4, interleukin-17 was significantly higher, P 〈 0.05. Compared with the remission group, the levels of IL-4 and IL-17 in the acute phase were significantly higher, and the transforming growth factor-B1, transforming growth factor-B1/ and interleukin-17 were significantly lower,P 〈 0.05. (3)According to the results of correlation analysis of Pearson, following is the summary in patients with immune diseases in children-Y and CD4+T lymphocyte subsets: interferon-Y and Thl, Treg, Thl/Th2 and Treg/Thl7 were significantly positive correlation, and Th2 and Thl7 were significantly negatively correlated.
