摘 要:采用"优先浮碳-铅锌依次优先浮选"的工艺流程对内蒙古某含碳低品位铅锌矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,以铁铬盐木质素为铅精选抑制剂、以硫酸铜和某盐为锌粗选活化剂可有效回收铅锌,最终铅精矿中铅品位为44.77%、锌品位为6.85%、铅回收率为68.10%、锌回收率为2.75%,锌精矿中锌品位为49.21%、铅品位为0.63%、锌回收率为82.45%、铅回收率为4.00%,并且铅和锌在碳质中的损失率较低。Mineral processing of a low-grade carbonaceous lead-zinc ore from Inner Mongolia province was carried out by using "selective flotation of carbon-sequential selective flotation of lead and zinc". Results showed that, lead and zinc can be effectively recovered when ferrochrome lignin was used as the inhibitor for cleaning separation of lead, as well as copper sulfate and a salt were used as the activator for roughing separation of zinc. Lead grade, zinc grade, recovery rate of lead and recovery rate of zinc in the obtained lead concentrate were 44.77%, 6.85%, 68.10% and 2.75% respectively. Zinc grade, lead grade, recovery rate of zinc and recovery rate of lead in the obtained zinc concentrate were 49.21%, 0.63%, 82.45% and 4.00% respectively. Moreover, loss rate of lead and zinc in the carbon were relatively low.
