摘　　要：目的获取2013—2017年浑南区5岁以下儿童卫生保健状况及影响因素,为政府制定有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法选取2013—2017年浑南区5岁以下儿童保健情况数据进行调查分析。结果浑南区2013—2017年5岁以下儿童死亡率呈下降趋势,且差异具有统计学意义;新生儿访视率、3岁以下儿童系统管理率呈逐年上升趋势;5岁以下儿童营养性疾病除肥胖儿呈上升趋势。结论儿童的营养状况不容乐观,尤其是佝偻病、贫血、低体重、肥胖营养性疾病,严重影响儿童的健康。加强儿童保健工作,加大健康宣传力度,预防儿童的营养性疾病是近期儿童保健工作的重要任务,应采取必要措施进行干预。Objective To obtain the influencing factors of health care status of children under 5 years of age in Hunnan District from 2013 to 2017, and to provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate effective interventions. Methods The data of health care of children under 5 years old in Hunnan District from 2013 to 2017 were selected for investigation and analysis. Results The mortality rate of children under 5 years of age decreased from 2013 to 2017. The rate of newborns＂ visits and the systematic man- agement of children under 3 years of age showed an increasing trend year by year. The prevalence of nutritional diseases among chihlren under 5 years of age was still rising trend. Conclusion The nutritional status of children is not optimistic, especially rickets, anemia, low body weight, obesity nutritional diseases, seriously affecting the health of children, strengthening child health care work, increas- ing health promotion efforts to prevent children＇s nutritional diseases are children＇s health care work The important task, should take the necessary measures to intervene. Especially in the recent five years, the govermnent has increased the MCH equipment annually, rai- sing the level of child health care management in the region year by year.
