摘 要:为了实现异步电动机在轻载状况下高效运行,将自抗扰控制策略应用于异步电动机降压节能技术中。首先对电机轻载运行状况和调压节能原理进行分析,推导出不同负载率下的最优电压值,介绍了调压模块的原理。然后设计线性自抗扰控制器,在负载变化时利用调压电路改变电机输入电压,使其跟踪最优电压以实现节能。最后通过仿真分析,结果表明线性自抗扰控制器比传统比例积分微分控制更具有良好的跟踪效果和响应速度。To realize the efficient operation of an asynchronous motor in light load condition,active disturbance rejec-tion control(ADRC)strategy is applied to the technology of voltage reduction and energy-saving for the asynchronousmotor. First,the light load operation condition and the principle of voltage regulation for energy-saving are analyzed,the optimal voltage values under different load rates are deduced,and the principle of voltage regulation module is intro-duced. Then,a linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC)is designed to change the input voltage of themotor by using the voltage regulation circuit when the load changes,so that the optimal voltage can be tracked to realizeenergy-saving. Finally,simulation analysis shows that the tracking effect and response speed of LADRC are better thanthose of the traditional proportion-integral-derivative control.
