摘  要:随着智能电网和新一代电力系统不断发展,电网自动化与信息化水平不断提升,电网调度压力进一步加大。基于调度监控结合的概念提出一种电力系统调控一体化系统解决方案,并对调控一体化关键技术进行总结分析。首先分析电网调控一体化技术水平和系统研究现状,提出建设电网调控一体化系统的现实需求和技术要求;在此基础上,研究提出电力系统调度自动化技术支撑系统,设计系统四层次架构,并从调控和运维两方面研究设计了调控一体化下的管理运行模式;最后,详细了阐述调控一体化的可靠性保障、智能监视、数据处理技术。With the continuous development of smart power grid and the new generation of power system,the powergrid automation and its information level have been continuously improved,and the dispatching pressure of power gridhas increased further. Based on the concept of the combination of dispatching and supervisory control,an integrated sys-tematic solution for the dispatching and control of power system is proposed,and key technologies of integration aresummarized. First,the corresponding technology level and the status of systematic research are analyzed,and the realis-tic demand and technical requirements of the integrated system are put forward. On this basis,a support system for thedispatching automation technology of power system is proposed,and a four-layer architecture is designed. Moreover,anoperation management mode is designed from two aspects,i.e.,dispatching and control,as well as operation and main-tenance. At last,the reliability assurance,intelligent monitoring and data processing technology of integrated dispatch-ing and control are discussed in detail.
