护理对低温等离子射频治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的围手术期意义

摘　　要：目的探讨护理对低温等离子射频治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的围手术期的意义。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月在大连市中心医院手术的100例儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组50例,采取普通护理措施,试验组50例在试验组的基础上采取综合护理措施,比较两组患者的手术有效率。结果试验组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极的护理措施可以有效的提高低温等离子射频治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床有效率,值得在临床推广。Objective To discuss the significance of nursing on perioperative period of cryogenic plasma radio frequency therapy in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. Methods A total of 100 children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome who underwent surgery in Dalian Central Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into test group and control group, 50 cases in control group, general nursing measures, 50 cases in the experimental group on the basis of the experimental group to take comprehensive nursing measures to compare the operative efficiency of the two groups of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. ConclusionPositive nursing measures can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of low-temperature plasma radio frequency treatment of obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome in children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
