综合护理干预在门诊患儿静脉留置针输液过程中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理在门诊患儿静脉留置针输液过程中的干预效果。方法选取自2017年1~5月在我院输液科就诊的婴幼儿患者50例,分对照组及观察组,给予常规护理,观察组另行综合护理,观察两组患儿留置针时间长短、并发症的发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组,两组数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以有效减少静脉留置针输液患儿并发症的发生,有效延长留置针时间,护理满意度高。Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing care in the outpatient children with intravenous indwelling needle intervention effect in the process of transfusion. Methods 50 patients with infants and young children, were randomly divided into observation group and given conventional nursing, the observation group comprehensive care separately, observe two groups of children with indwelling needle length of time, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group were significantly better than the control group, the indicators have statistical difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the transfusion complications in children with intravenous indwelling needle, effective to extend the time of indwelling needle, nursing satisfaction is high.
