超声骨刀在骨劈开术中应用的护理与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨超声骨刀进行骨劈术的护理配合。方法回顾性分析2015年1月-2016年12月157例骨劈开手术中应用超声骨刀的手术配合体会。结果 157例手术顺利完成,无并发症发生。结论超声骨刀在手术过程中必须严格按照操作程序进行操作,才能达到快速、安全、可靠的目的。Objective To study the nursing cooperation for ridge-splitting surgery usingultrasonic osteotome. Methods Retrospective anal- ysis was carried out and 157 cases（from January 2015 to December 2016） treated by ridge-splitting surgery using ultrasonicosteotome were collected to analyze the experience of nursing cooperation. Results All the 157 surgeries were completed successfully, and no complications occurred.Conclusion The application of ultrasonic osteotome during the surgery should be performed in strict accordance with the operating procedures, to achieve the goal of fast, safe and reliable operation.
