摘　　要：2017年5月9日中国电信吉林公司OCS在线计费系统升级改造项目割接成功上线,并投入了使用,标志着吉林公司全网300多万用户统一到一套计费版本上,计费系统进入一个全新时代。按照集团统一安排,吉林公司完成了平台割接准备、系统割接确认和割接总结3个步骤,共136人参与割接,完成各种拨测业务。Jilin company on May 9, 2017, China telecom Online Charging System upgrade project cut over success online, and put into use, marks the jilin company cut in more than 300 users unified to a billing version, a billing system into a new era. According to the unified arrangement of the group, jilin company completed the three steps of the platform cutting preparation, system cutting confirmation and cutting summary, and 136 people participated in the cutting process and completed various measurement operations.
