摘　　要：1．引言可记录光盘(CD-R,DVD±R)可视为一个多层膜系组成的光学系统。信息层(染料层)是其中的关键:控制难度最大,对盘片最终质量影响最大,因为所有的最终用户数据将记录在信息层上。随着可记录光盘媒质技术的发展,盘片记录密度越来越小(从CD-R,DVD-R,到DVR),盘片的读写速度越来越高(CD-R记录速度从1x,2x到48x,52x;DVD-R记录速度从1x,2x到8x,下一步到16x)。This paper is focused on the measurement and control of dye layer of recordable disc (CD-R/DVD?R). Correlations between physical parameters and electrical parameters of recordable disc are studied by experiments and optical simulations. By using of ETA-DYE measurement system the comprehensive control of dye layer is realized successfully, which includes n & k spectrum measurement, dye profile measurement, the determining of wavelength dependency dP/d λ.
