摘　　要：引言 数字电视产业的发展对我国未来的经济将会起到 十分重要的推动作用。对最终用户而言,数字节目具 有较高的欣赏价值与保存价值,也出现了前所未有的 交互功能;对服务商而言,频带资源得到了更为有效 的利用,数字形式的节目更加便于管理。VCPS is a contents protection system requested by the legal regulation. VCPS enables the 'broadcast flag'or 'copy once'protected contents being copied on DVD-R or DVD+RW discs. The restrictions are that the 'broadcast flag 'protected contents can't be used for re-distribution via Internet and the 'copy once 'protected contents can't be duplicated. Acctually, this will not affect the leagal use of the contents at all. VCPS is well compatible with the DVD-R and DVD+RW discs production and there will be no confusion introduced into the market.
