摘　　要：一、引言由于光驱光学头工作距离的需要,CD光盘信息面与入射面的间距设计为1.2mm,DVD光盘的信息面与入射面的间距设计为0.6mm,BD光盘设计更短,信息面与入射面间距仅为0.1mm,见下图。In order to guarantee the intensity of the disc,the read-only discs with outer diameter of 120mm or 80ram usually use double-layer structure with thickness of 0.6mm×2.The total thickness of the disc is 1.2mm.Actually,the requirements for intensity are different between the two kinds of disc.According to the structure of compact disc(CD),the single layer flat thin 80mm-DVD5 disc with thickness of 0.6mm is designed without changing the storage capacity.So this new optical disc can significantly save material resources.
