摘　　要：在光盘的生产过程中,制造商会不可避免的遇到质量问题,比如播放不流畅、数据读取错误等。无一例外,这些光盘的PI8ECC(简写为PI8——8个连续ECC块中PI的总数)都比较高,有的甚至出现POF(Parity OuterCode Fail),导致这些问题的主要原因分为两个方面,一是工艺节点之间的配合,二是复制用母盘问题,本文主要讲述的工艺方面的调整。In the process of the DVDR disc production,manufacturers will inevitably encounter quality problems,such as the playback is not smooth,the data read errors.Invariably,the PI8ECC of these DVDR discs(abbreviated as PI8-the total PI in 8 consecutive ECC blocks) is high,even worse, sometimes POF appears(Parity Outer Code Fail).There are mainly two reasons those lead to such problems,first,the assorting between technological crunodes;second,the copy of the stamper.This paper focuses on describing the adjustments of technologies.
