中国区域普惠金融测度及影响因素的实证分析

摘　　要：根据2006—2015年我国省级面板数据,运用变异系数法测度我国普惠金融的发展水平,发现我国整体普惠金融水平呈上升趋势,但区域差异比较明显,东部地区高于中部和西部地区。在社会经济、银行业结构、基础设施与服务层面,构造普惠金融的决定模型。实证结果表明:经济增长、城镇化、农村金融机构、公路建设、手机互联网新渠道提升普惠金融指数,大型商业银行和外资银行抑制普惠金融发展。从分区域来看,普惠金融的影响因素差异很大。就银行业结构而言,我国东部地区大型商业银行与普惠金融指数显著为正,中部地区农村金融机构与普惠金融指数显著为正,西部地区农村金融机构结果不显著。Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2006 to 2015, with the variable coefficient method, it was found that through the measuring the inclusive financial development level in our country, the overall inclusive financial level in China was on the rise, while there were obvious regional differences, the inclusive degree in the east was higher than that in the middle and the west parts. Furthermore, on the 3 levels namely the social economy, structure of bank industry and infrastructure and services, a decisive model of inclusive financial development was constructed, and the results of empirical research on the influence factor of inclusive financial development showed that the economic growth, urbanization, development of rural financial institutes, highway construction, new channel of mobile phone and interuet were positively related to the inclusive financial index, while the development of large - scale commercial banks and foreign banks was negatively related to the inclusive financial index. Seen from the these regions, the relationship between large - scale commercial banks in the east and the inclusive financial index was obviously positive, the relationship between the rural financial institutes in the middle part and the inclusive financial index was obviously positive, and the relationship between the rural financial institutes in the west part and the inclusive financial index was not obvi-ous.
