摘　　要：鉴于地质遗迹的不可再生性,提出地质遗迹保护的重要性。分析了化石类地质遗迹的分布与我国化石保护的基本情况,目前仍以建设地质公园和建立重要化石产地为主要手段。以四川射洪地区的化石遗迹保护为典型,运用价值评价和AVC景观评价法对其进行评价,根据评价结果分析出该地区存在制度建设不完善、基础设施欠缺、专业人才不足、科普形式单一、旅游开发层次低等问题,并提出地质遗迹的保护与开发方案,从制度建设、基础设施建设、专业人才队伍培养、科普形式创新等方面着手,加快世界地质公园建设进程、建设化石特色小镇,以提升四川射洪地区的地质公园保护与开发工作,加深四川射洪地区旅游开发层次,对其价值进行深度发掘。This paper put forward the importance of preservation of geologic relics through its non - renewability, analyzed the distribution of the fossil geological relics and introduced some basic situation of domestic fossil protection. The construction of geoparks and the establishment of the important fossil producing areas were still the main measures to protect geologic relics. This paper took the fossil geologic relics＇ protection in Shehong area of Sichuan Province for instance, through AVC （Attraction, Vitality and Capacity） landscape evaluation to appraise the landscapes in Shehong area of Sichuan Province. According to the evaluation result, this area still had many problems, such as the imperfection of institutional improvement, the deficiency of infrastructure, the lack of professional talent, the monotonous of the science popularization form and the low grade of the tourism development, etc. Based on these existing problems, this paper raised a practical scheme about protection and exploitation, which were all about institutional construction, infrastructure construction, training of professional personnel and innovation of sci- ence popularization, in the meantime, speeding up the construction of the world geopark＇ s process, building up fossil feature town and participating in the internet plus fossil protection project actively. All of these mentioned measures would be carried out to promote protection and exploi- tation of national geologic park in Shebong area of Sichuan Province, also deepen the level of tourism development in Shehong area of Sichuan, meanwhile, these measures were also benefit to the deep excavation of the scientific research value, the scientific popularization value and the tourism value in Shehong area of Sichuan Province.
