基于耦合模型的美丽街区旅游化发展模式和路径探讨——以武汉昙华林历史文化街区为例

摘　　要：美丽街区建设为区域旅游业发展提供了重要保障,旅游业发展在美丽街区建设过程中起到了驱动作用,两者相互促进、相互协调。在对美丽街区的内涵及其与旅游业互动关系探讨的基础上,构建了耦合协调模型和指标体系,并运用构建的耦合模型对武汉市昙华林历史文化街区的美丽街区建设与旅游业发展耦合协调发展关系进行了实证分析。结果表明:美丽街区与旅游业两个系统之间存在明显的耦合发展特征,彼此协调发展;2011—2015年昙华林两大系统的耦合协调度从中度失调向轻度失调转变,但尚未突破失调状态。基于以上研究结果和政府介入建设的实际情况,提出了美丽街区的旅游化模式和发展路径。Beautiful district construction guaranteed the rapid development of regional tourism, while the growth of tourism was also condu- cive to the further construction of beautiful district. The two systems were mutually promoted. The coupling coordination model and its indicator system were built on the basis of analyzing the beautiful district and its interactions with tourism. By such a model, this paper conducted an em- pirical analysis on the coupling coordination relation between the building of Tanhualin Historic District and its tourism growth. The result showed that such two systems coordinated each other with distinguished feature of coupling development. From 201 l to 2015, the coupling degree of the two systems within Tanhualin Historic District transferred from moderate imbalance to a mild one, still in an imbalanced state. On the basis of above research results and the local government＇ s relevant regulations, this paper came up with the tourism model and development pattern of beautiful district.
