基于知识图谱的旅游利益相关者研究进展及创新分析

摘　　要：利益相关者是旅游可持续发展的重要议题,对旅游利益相关者的研究机构、高产作者、发文期刊、研究热点和趋势进行分析是开展深入研究的基础。依据知识图谱相关理论,利用Cite Space软件对2003—2016年来自CNKI数据库中的中文核心期刊和CSSCI期刊收录的旅游利益相关者文献进行可视化分析,再利用Netdraw软件描绘关键词的网络关系。研究发现:成果数量趋于稳定;研究机构以高校为主,缺少跨机构的合作与交流;研究内容围绕"利益"展开,呈现多学科、多领域交叉的特征;"演化博弈"和"社会网络"是新的研究趋势。未来应从加强合作交流、深化理论分析、推动研究方法创新、利益诉求演化、旅游社区冲突解决机制、旅游利益相关者社会网络等方面展开研究。The issue of tourism stakeholders was an important factor in the sustainable development of tourism. It was the basis of further study about research topic to analyze the development trend, research the institutions, and the author of multiple publications, published articles and research hot spots of tourism stakeholders. Mapping knowledge domain eotdd intuitively reveal the research situation and frontier of the re- search field. Based on the theory of mapping knowledge domain, this paper made a visualized analysis for the study of tourism stakeholders by using CiteSpace, the date which were from CNKI database of Chinese core journals and CSSCI periodicals in 2013 to 2016. In addition, this paper described the network relationships of keywords by using Netdraw. The following conclusions were drawn from this study. The number of achievements tended to be stable, and university was the main research institution, but which lacked interagency cooperation and communication. The research content revolved around the ＂interests＂ with multi- disciplinary and multifield cross characteristics. ＂Evolutionary game＂ and ＂social network＂ were new research trends. We should research from the strengthening of cooperation and communication, the deepening the theoretical analysis, the introduction of new research methods, the evolution of interest demands, tourism community participation and social net- work in the future.
