摘　　要：中国东北地区在"一带一路"建设布局中是面向北部开放的窗口。"一带一路"把中国东北老工业基地振兴战略与俄罗斯远东地区发展战略紧密地联系起来,成为推动中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区合作的强大动力。在"一带一路"框架下,中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区积极开展跨境公路、铁路、港口等基础设施建设,发展互联互通,建立陆海联运国际交通走廊,扩大经贸和投资领域合作,深化能源领域合作。在此基础上,中俄两国还将打造"冰上丝绸之路"、建设欧亚大陆交通走廊和能源运输大动脉。这将会进一步扩大和深化中俄两国经济合作空间,为中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区经济合作创造广阔的发展前景。Based on the layout of the Belt and Road initiative, Northeast China is the important development area facing the north. The initiative functions as the powerful driving force to promote the regional cooperation between Northeast China and the Far East of Russia by connecting the Revitalization of Northeast Old Industrial Base Strategy with Russian Far East Development Strategy. Under the framework of Belt and Road Initiative,Northeast China and Far East of Russia make great endeavor to carry out the infrastructure construction, such as cross-border roads, railway, ports and so on, promote connectivity, establish intermodal transport by land and sea, expand trade and investment cooperation, and deepen cooperation in the energy sector. Furthermore, China and Russia will also build the Supraglacial Silk Road, construct the Eurasian continental transport corridors and energy transport arteries. All these efforts will further expand and deepen the economic cooperation between China and Russia, and create broad prospects of development for the economic cooperation between Northeast China and the Far East of Russia.
