摘　　要：目前我国学术图书馆开展数字出版服务的程度很低,"图书馆数字出版"与"馆藏资源数字化"存在一定程度的混淆;内部因素是影响图书馆是否开展数字出版的主要因素;图书馆与科研人员在出版类型和服务项目方面存在较大差异,科研人员的需求未能得到有效对接;图书馆倾向于通过合作模式开展数字出版服务;图书馆希望有多元化的经费来源,但各馆在部分服务收费项目上存在较大分歧。我国学术图书馆应理清"馆藏资源数字化"与"图书馆数字出版"的区别,抓住学术交流新机遇,主动提供出版服务,同时积极探索,积累经验,引领图书馆学术出版。Academic libraries provide digital publishing services with a low level in China, there exists a certain degree of confusion between ＂library digital publishing＂ and ＂digital collection resources＂; internal factor is the main factor influencing the selection of academic libraries; there are great differences in publishing types and services between libraries and scientific researchers, needs of scientific researchers could not be satisfied; libraries tend to engage in digital publishing service through cooperation; libraries look forwards to have diversified sources of funds, but libraries show obviously different attitudes to charge. The difference between ＂digital collection resources＂ and ＂library digital publishing＂ must be cleared, academic libraries in China should grasp the new chance of academic communication, provide publishing services positively, explore and accumulate experience to lead library academic publishing.
