摘　　要：当今时代,我国公民阅读权利保障在摆脱了政策困境之后,又面临新的现实困境:人文精神严重失落导致的阅读前获取困境,阅读"浅层化"与"稀释化"导致的阅读中理解困境,以及阅读推广模式片段化导致的阅读后表达困境。而人文资源价值再造是走出困境的重要手段。图书馆再造人文资源价值可依托"人文图书馆"理论知识,深入挖掘优秀传统文化;多策并举,充分体现人文资源的精神内涵;整合各方力量,形成人文资源价值再造的合力;加强人才培养,建立专业化项目团队。Nowadays, citizens＇ reading rights face actual predicament after getting rid of the policy plight： the loss of humanistic spirit leads to acquisition difficulties before reading, the ＂shallow＂ and ＂dilution＂ of reading result in understanding difficulties in reading, and the fragmentation of reading promotion mode causes expression dilemma after reading. Reconstruction of human resources value is an important way to get out of predicament. Reconstruction of human resources value in the library could rely on the ＂humanistic library＂ theory, explore the excellent traditional culture in depth; adopt diversified means to fuUy embody the spiritual connotation of human resources; integrate social forces to dedicate to the reconstruction of human resources value; and strengthen professional education, build the professional team.
