摘 要:对T700碳纤维/TDE-85环氧树脂(T700/TDE-85)复合材料进行人工加速湿热老化试验,研究了复合材料的吸湿特性和层间剪切强度随老化时间的变化规律,分析了吸湿率与层间剪切强度的关系,并观察了复合材料的表面和断口形貌。结果表明:当老化1 369h左右时,复合材料达到饱和吸湿状态,饱和吸湿率为0.74%,水分子在复合材料中的扩散系数为5.6×10^(-5) mm^2·s^(-1);在湿热老化初期,随老化时间的延长,复合材料层间剪切强度下降幅度较大,当达到饱和吸湿状态后,层间剪切强度下降幅度变小;复合材料层间剪切强度保持率与吸湿率呈近似线性关系;随老化时间的延长,复合材料的裂纹由层内向层间发展。The artificial accelerated hygrothermal aging test was conducted on the T700 carbon fiber/TDE-85 epoxy resin(T700/TDE-85)composite.The variation law of moisture absorption characteristics and interlaminar shear strength of the composite with aging time was investigated.The relationship between moisture absorption rate and interlaminar shear strength was analyzed.The surface and fracture morphology of the composite were observed.The results show that when aged for about 1 369 h,the composite reached the saturated moisture state with the absorption rate of 0.74%.The diffusion coefficient of water molecule in the composite was 5.6×10-5 mm2·s-1.The interlaminar shear strength of the composite decreased greatly with the increase of aging time at the initial aging stage,and then decreased slightly after the moisture absorption reached saturation.The interlaminar shear strength retention rate and moisture absorption rate had a linear relationship approximately.With the increase of aging time,the mode of crack propagation developed from intra-layer cracks to interlayer cracks.
