摘 要:以取代和未取代4-色满酮为原料,与盐酸羟胺发生缩合反应得到中间体4-色满酮肟,然后在弱碱条件下与酸酐或酰氯反应合成一系列新型的4-色满酮肟酯衍生物。探讨了反应原料配比、催化剂用量对合成中间体的影响,得出最佳配比为n(色满酮):n(盐酸羟胺):n(无水乙酸钠)=1:5:2。所合成的化合物结构通过IR、1HNMR、13CNMR和HR—MS进行了鉴定和表征。Under weak base condition,a series of 4-chromanone oxime esters derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of an- hydride or acyl chloride with 4-chromanone oxime,which were prepared by condensation of substituted and unsubstituted 4-chro- manone with hydroxylamine hydroehloride.The effects of catalyst amount,the ratio of material on the yield of the intermediate were discussed and the best molar ratio was obtained, which is n (chromanone) : n ( hydroxylamine hydroehloride) : n ( sodium acetate anhydrous)= 1:5:2.The structures of compounds were confirmed by IR,IHNMR,13CNMR and HR-MS.
