针刺少泽、至阴穴对孕鼠血清E2、P含量及E2/P比值的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨针刺少泽、至阴穴对孕鼠内分泌激素水平的影响。方法：10只Wistar雄性大鼠，50只Wistar雌性大鼠，将雌鼠随机分为模型组A1、A2、A3、B各9只，空白组9只，剩余5只留作备用；雄性大鼠每组2只。模型各组大鼠雌雄合笼制备孕鼠模型。发现阴栓后，模型A1组针刺少泽穴、模型A2组针刺至阴穴、模型A3组针刺少泽、至阴穴；于发现阴栓后第2天，同一时间针刺，治疗7d；模型B组、空白组不进行针刺。采用化学发光法检测各组大鼠血清雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）含量，采血后处死大鼠。结果：与空白组比较，模型B组血清E：含量、模型A1、A2、A3组血清P、E2／P比值有不同程度改变（P〈0．05），差异符合雌孕激素变化规律；与模型B组比较，模型A1、A2、A3组血清E：含量、E2/P比值，以及模型A1、A2组血清P含量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），表明针刺对孕鼠血清E2、P含量及E2/P比值的表达有一定影响；模型组组间相比较，针刺不同穴位对孕鼠血清E2、P含量及E2／P比值的表达影响不大，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：针刺对孕鼠血清E2、P含量及E2／P比值有一定影响，且针刺少泽穴、至阴穴对孕鼠血清EOP含量及E2/P比值的表达有一定的相关性。Objective：To investigate the effects of acupuncture at shao ze（SI 1） and zhi yin（BL 67） on the level of endocrine hormone in pregnant rats. Methods ：Ten male Wistar rats and 50 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into model groups（A1,A2,A3 and B） and blank control group,9 mice in each group,the remaining mice are reserved for standby;2 male Wistar rats in each group. In the model group and the control group male and female rats were raised in cohabitation. After the virginal plug was found,group A1 was given acupuncture at shao ze（SI 1）,group A2 was at zhi yin（BL 67）,and model group A3 was at shao ze（SI 1） and zhi yin（BL 67）. Acupuncture was given at the first day after virginal plug being found at the same time point,and the treatment lasted for 7 days. The model group B and blank group were not given acupuncture. Chemiluminescence examination was applied to detect the levels of serum estradiol and proges- terone in rats of each group ,and the rats were sacrificed after blood sampling. Results：Compared with the blank group,the level of serum estradiol in the model group B,and the level of serum progesterone level and estradiol/progesterone ratio in the model group（A1,A2 and A3） changed to some extent（P〈0.05）,and the difference was in line with the changes of estrogen and progesterone ;compared with the model group B, the level of serum estradiol,and estradiol/progestogen ratio in the model groups,the level of serum proges- terone in groups A1 and A2 showed statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The results showed that acupuncture had a certain effect on the levels of serum estradiol and estradiol/progesterone ratio,and also among each model group,acupuncture at different points had little difference on the level of serum estradiol and progesterone as well as the estradiol/progesterone ratio,without statistical difference（P〉0.05）.
