摘　　要：目的：探讨老年桡骨头骨折分别采取切开复位内固定与桡骨头切除治疗的临床疗效.方法：选取2014年6月～2016年7月恩平市人民医院收治的老年桡骨头骨折患者59例,其中按不同手术方式分为观察组（n=29）和对照组（n=30）;观察组行切开复位内固定治疗,对照组行桡骨头切除治疗.对患者进行6个月以上随访,记录患者患肢术后关节活动弧度、前臂的旋转活动度,并分析和评价各手术方法的临床治疗优良率.结果：观察组屈伸弧、前臂旋前、前臂旋后活动度显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,观察组患者运动功能显著改善.观察组恢复优良率为82.8％,而对照组则为50.0％,2组临床疗效相比,差异具有显著性（x2=7.062,P〈0.01）.结论：在老年患者桡骨头骨折治疗中,应用切开复位内固定治疗可获得更佳的临床效果,显著优于桡骨头切除手术.Objectiv： To compare the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation and radial head resection for the treatment of fractures of the elderly radial head. Methods： Fifty - nine patients with fractures of the elderly with radial head fractures were selected from June 2014 to July 2016. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to different surgical methods. The treatment group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation , The control group were treated with radial head resection. The pa- tients were followed up for more than 6 months. The curvature of the joint movement and the rotational activity of the forearm were recor- ded. The excellent rate of clinical treatment was analyzed and evaluated. Results： The flexion of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.01 ）, and the motor function of the treatment group was significantly improved. The rate of re- covery was 82.8% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group. The difference was significant （2 = 7. 062, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： For the elderly patients with radial head fractures, the application of open reduction and internal fixation treatment can get more clinical results, significantly better than radial head resection.
