椎间孔镜手术患者实施手术室心理护理干预的分析

摘　　要：目的：总结椎间孔镜手术患者接受手术室心理护理干预的具体措施以及应用效果,为临床护理工作提供可靠的依据.方法：选取我院在以往1年之内所接诊的椎间孔镜手术患者资料100例进行对比分析,根据护理方案的差异将所选患者进行分组,给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组手术室心理护理干预,比较观察组和对照组患者手术之后的心理情绪状态和护理满意度情况,将所得各项数值进行统计学计算.结果：观察组患者的抑郁自评量表以及焦虑自评量表改善程度显著优于对照组,2组比较存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）;观察组患者对于护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：临床中针对接受椎间孔镜手术患者,为其开展有效的手术室心理护理干预措施,能够显著缓解患者的不良情绪,保证护理质量,提高患者对于护理工作的满意度情况,应该在临床护理工作中给予大力的推广和应用.Objective： To summarize the intervertebral foramen surgery patients received psychological nursing intervention measures and operating room application effect, and provide reliable basis for clinical nursing. Methods ： Select our hospital within the past year by the departments of intervertebral foramen mirror data of 100 cases of operated patients were analyzed, based on the differences of care plan will be selected patients into groups, give control group routine nursing, psychological nursing intervention to give the team the operating room, comparison research group and the control group after surgery in patients with psychological emotional state and nursing satisfaction situation, will the numerical statistical calculation. Results： Patients with depression self rating scale and anxiety of the improved self rat- ing scale significantly better than control group, two groups compare statistical differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Group patients for the nursing job satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, two groups compare statistical differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Clinical for intervertebral foramen mirror surgery in patients, to carry out effective psychological nursing intervention measures of the operating room, can significantly relieve the patient＇s bad mood, ensure the quality of nursing, improve the patients for the nursing job satisfaction, should support and promotion in clinical nursing work and the application.
