消炎膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消炎膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例急性痛风性关节炎患者分为2组,观察组采用消炎膏外敷治疗,对照组采用扶他林外敷治疗,观察2组患者用药前后中医证候积分情况及疼痛缓解情况,并观察其皮肤过敏情况。结果:2组临床总有效率观察组90.0%,对照组72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组关节红肿积分情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:消炎膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效确切,能改善关节红肿症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of external application of antiphlogistine for acute gouty arthritis.Methods：Divided 100 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis into the control group and the observation group randomly.The observation group received antiphlogistine for treatment,while the control group received voltaren. Observed Chinese medicine syndrome scores and pain relief of patients before and after treatment,and observed allergic conditions of skin of patients. Results：The total effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group and was 72.0% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the comparison of joint red swelling scores between the two groups showed significance in the difference（P〈0.05）. Joint red swelling scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion：External application of antiphlogistine for acute gouty arthritis has exact curative effect,which can improve symptom of joint red swelling.
