摘  要:[目的]观察柴芍六君子汤联合聚乙二醇干扰素(PegIFNα-2a)治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型性肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]将90例符合纳入标准的患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组47例和对照组43例,对照组予PegIFNα-2a治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给加用柴芍六君子汤治疗,治疗24周为1个疗程。通过评价2组肝功能(ALT、AST)情况、HBeAg阴转率、HBV-DNA阴转率、HBeAg血清学转换率、临床症状改善、不良反应发生率等观察柴芍六君子汤联合PegIFNα-2a疗效。[结果]试验组在降低转氨酶、HBeAg阴转率、HBV-DNA阴转率、HBeAg血清学转换率、临床症状改善、不良反应发生率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴芍六君子汤可提高PegIFN-α2a治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的抗病毒疗效,改善生活质量,减少PegIFNα-2a不良反应。[Objective]To observe the Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined with PegIFNα-2 aon chronic viral hepatitis B.[Methods]90 cases were randomlydivided into experimental group(47 cases)and the control group(43 cases).The control group were given PegIFNα-2 a,while the experimental group were treated by Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined PegIFNα-2 a.The treatment lasted 24 weeks.Clinical efficacy was observed by assessing ALT,HBeAg negative conversion rate,HBV DNA negative conversion rate,HBeAg serological conversion rate,improvement of clinical symptoms,and adverse effects rate.[Results]Better effects were achieved in experimental group on reduced transaminase,HBeAg negative conversion rate,HBV DNA negative conversion rate,HBeAg serological conversion rate,and improvement of clinical symptoms.Adverse effects rate was lower than that of control group.[Conclusion]Chaishao Liujunzi decoction can improve the antiviral efficacy of PegIFNα-2 ain treating HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B,improve quality of life,and reduce adverse reaction of PegIFNα-2 a.
