新规则下太极拳推手技术的运用特点及发展趋势

摘　　要：为探索实施新规则对太极拳推手技术运用特点和发展趋势的影响。采用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法,对第一、二届全国武术运动大会太极拳推手比赛男子冠亚军决赛及2015年第八届焦作·国际太极拳交流大赛——太极拳推手比赛各个级别前8强运动员的技术运用情况进行统计。结果显示:新规则对太极拳推手的竞赛方法、裁判职责、评分办法、场地及服装等方面进行了修改,其指导思想体现了太极拳推手项目特色,增加了太极拳技法的运用。新规则对技术的主要变动是:1)将活步改为定步推手;进攻时在盘手状态下进行;严格执行搂抱处罚、取消优势获胜。2)鼓励使用技术动作,使用规定动作可累计加分。新规则对太极拳推手技术的影响:太极拳推手技法更加丰富,技术风格突出,项目特色鲜明。太极拳推手技术的发展趋势是:在对太极拳"核心"技术回归的前提下,注重太极拳盘手中"听"劲的提高、组合劲力的主动进攻以及"化发劲"转换能力的防守反击。This study explored the effect of New Rules on application characteristics and development trend of Taiji push hands. This study analyzed the techniques of Taijiquan push hands in men＇s push hand finals in the 1 st and2 nd National Wushu Sports Meeting and those of the top 8 athletes in Jiaozuo International Taijiquan Exchange Sports Meeting. Conclusions： The New Rules modifies the competition methods,referee duties,scoring methods,venues and costumes of Taijiquan pushing hands,and its guiding ideology has the characteristics of the current Taijiquan pushing hands project,and it increases the application of Taijiquan techniques. The main changes of technique in New Rules are as follows. 1） The original free-step push hand is changed to firm-standing push hand; the competitors＇ attacks must be in the state of Panshou; cuddle penalties are strictly executed,victory by superiority is cancelled. 2） The New Rules encourages players to use technique,and cumulative bonus points can be added to the prescribed action. The effects of New Rules on Taijiquan push hands are that the technique of Taijiquan push hand is more abundant,the technical style is outstanding and the feature of project is distinct. The development trend of Taijiquan push hand is focus on the improvement of ＂Ting（ touch） ＂in Taijiquan Panshou,proactive attack with strength and counter attack with techniques of Huafa,based on the Taijiquan＂core＂technology regression.
