摘  要:航班改航策略是保障飞行安全、降低延误损失的重要手段。针对民航飞机航路飞行过程中遇到重大军事活动而需要实时改航的情况,划设军事演习下的飞行受限区,在已知飞行受限区移动方向及速度的条件下,提出了航班改航路径规划模型,运用飞行受限区边界点圆建立了威胁概率模型以描述改航路线安全性,以改航路径长度来描述改航路径运行成本,在满足一定安全性的情况下以经济性为优化目标来选取最佳规划方案,并结合解析几何的方法,提出了求解最优改航路线的改进算法。The flight rerouting strategy is an important means to ensure flight safety and reduce the delay loss. In the light of civil aircraft needs real-time rerouting while encountering major military activities.Designate the flight restricted area under military exercises,and propose route planning model of flight rerouting when the moving direction and speed of the restricted areais known. Use the boundary point circles of flight restricted area to establish a threat probability model in order to describe the safety degree of rerouting route,and use rerouting path length to describe the running cost. Choose the best plan which the economy is the objective function when the safety degree is specified. Combined with the method of analytic geometry,an improved algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal rerouting route.
