摘  要:目的探讨新型复方中药涂膜剂对皮肤瘢痕生成的抑制作用及其作用机制。方法对就诊的112例皮肤瘢痕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,将自制的复方中药涂膜剂和安慰剂均匀涂于瘢痕表面,2周为1个疗程,共6个疗程。全部疗程结束后6个月进行疗效评价;将病理性瘢痕的成纤维细胞原代培养,通过MTT法检测药物对成纤维细胞增殖的抑制率。结果治疗组的总有效率为88.69%,对照组的总有效率为6.48%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MTT法检测药物对成纤维细胞增殖抑制率为(83.27±7.33)%。结论通过复方中药涂膜剂中各药物成分的配伍作用,共同抑制了瘢痕中成纤维细胞的过度增殖,导致成纤维细胞凋亡,从而抑制了瘢痕的生成及扩增。Objective To explore the efficacy and mechanism of new compound Chinese medicine coating agent on skin scars. Methods A total of 112 patients with pathological scarring were involved in the study and randomly divided into two groups. The compound Chinese medicine coating agent and placebo were evenly coated on the surface of the scar in the treatment and control group, respectively. Application was made for two weeks as a course of treatment, with a total of 6 courses. Efficacy was evaluated at 6 months after completion of the full course of treatment. Fibroblasts from pathological scars were primarily cultured. The inhibition rate of the new compound Chinese medicine coating agent to fibroblasts proliferation was detected by the MTT method. Results The total efficacy rate of the treatment group and the control group was 88.69% and 6.48%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The inhibition rate of the new compound Chinese medicine coating agent to fibroblast proliferation was (83.27 ± 7.33) %. Conclusion Compound Chinese medicine coating agent can inhibit the excessive proliferation of fibroblasts through the compatibility effect of various ingredients, resulting in the apoptosis of the fibroblasts, thus inhibiting the formation and expansion of scars.
