摘 要:为了提高玉米秸秆的比表面积、增加溶出物中还原糖的含量,使其更容易被微生物降解利用,基于Ca(OH)_2固态温和预处理的条件,利用中心组合实验设计方法对处理条件进行优化;在优化条件的基础上,选择NaOH与Ca(OH)_2进行组合,考察组合碱配比对秸秆预处理效果及产气的影响。结果表明,最佳Ca(OH)_2处理条件为:60℃、Ca(OH)_2投加量10%、处理48h,溶出物中还原糖含量最大,为234.81mg·L-1;最佳组合碱处理条件为:60℃、碱投加量8%[NaOH与Ca(OH)_2的质量比为75∶25]、处理48h,溶出物中还原糖含量为244.17 mg·L-1、累积产气量为3 701mL、单位产气量为289.25mL·(g VS)-1、纤维素和半纤维素的降解率分别为33.69%和3.21%。In order to increase the specific surface area of corn stover and the content of reducing sugar in leachate so that the corn stover is more easily utilized by microorganisms, we optimized the treatment conditions by a central combination experimental design method on the basis of Ca(OH)2 solid-state mild pretreatment conditions. Combinated with NaOH and Ca(OH)2 ,we investigated the influences of the mass ratio of combined alkali on pretreatment effect of corn stover and gas production. The results showed that the content of reducing sugar in leachate reached the highest of 234.81 mg L-1 when the alkali addition was 10% and the treatment time was 48 h at 60 ℃. The optimum pretreatment conditions of combined alkali were as follows: 60 ℃, the al kali addition of 8% (the mass ratio of NaOH and Ca(OH)e was 75 : 25) ,and the treatment time of 48 h. Under above conditions,the content of reducing sugar in leachate was 244.17 mg L-1 ,the cumulative biogas produc- tion was 3 701 mix,the unit biogas production was 289.25 mL (g VS)-1 ,and the degradation rates of cellulose and hemicellulose were 33.69% and 3.21% ,respectively.
