摘  要:以湖北某木薯酒精生产企业产生的废糟液为研究对象,通过对废糟液的水质分析、预处理及厌氧处理,分别考察了废糟液经离心分离前后的产甲烷速率及其产甲烷势。结果表明,经离心分离后的废糟液厌氧产气速率更快,单位体积的废糟液产甲烷势较高,并且高温厌氧处理较中温厌氧处理消化时间更短。因此,对木薯酒精废糟液采用固液离心分离+高温厌氧工艺,有利于厌氧反应器长期稳定运行。Using waste distiller's grains from a cassava alcohol enterprise in Hubei Province as a study ob- ject, we investigated the methane production rate and methane yield before and after solid-liquid centrifugal sep- aration of waste distiller's grains by the analysis, pretreatment, and anaerobic treatment of the water quality of waste distiller's grains. The results show that the anaerobic gas production rate of waste distiller's grains after centrifugal separation is faster,the methane yield of per unit volume of waste distiller's grains is higher,and the digestion time of thermophilic anaerobic treatment is shorter than that of mesophilic anaerobic treatment. Therefore,adopting solid-liquid centrifugal separation and thermophilic anaerobic process for cassava alcohol waste distiller's grains is helpful for long-term stable operation of anaerobic reactor.
