摘 要:通过对梭阀负载敏感液压系统工作过程的分析,得出该系统存在四种工况,即负载敏感功能正常+恒压供油工况、负载敏感功能正常+变压供油工况、负载敏感功能失效+变压供油工况和负载敏感功能失效+恒压供油工况,推导得出了系统正反向运动时四种工况分别对应的负载边界范围以及正反向负载边界范围和全程负载边界范围,并结合具体实例进行了分析,结果表明:上述结论对采用任意阀控缸结构的该类负载敏感系统都适用,可为系统的合理设计提供理论依据。After analyzing the work process of the load-sensing hydraulic system with a shuttle valve, it is concluded that there are four operating conditions for the system: the condition that the load-sensing function is normal and the supply pressure keeps constant, the condition that the load-sensing function is normal and the supply pressure is variable, the condition that the load-sensing function fails to work and the supply pressure is variable and the condition that the load-sensing function fails to work and the supply pressure keeps constant. The load boundaries of the four conditions, the load boundaries of the forward and backward motion and the load boundary of the system are obtained and they are analyzed and illustrated with specific examples. The above conclusions can be applied to the load-sensing hydraulic system with any valve-controlled cylinder structure and also provide theoretical basis for the design of the system.
