摘　　要：过早死亡率(premature death rate,PDR)或减寿率可以用来衡量不同疾病致死对社会的影响。该方法计算简单,与寿命表法算出的优先防治病种基本一致,可供制定卫生政策时应用。Premature death rate（ PDR）,an indicator of premature mortality for health planning,has been employed to evaluate the relative impact of various diseases and lethal force on society. This indicator is an approach based on life table,which prioritizes the ranking of major causes of death,and also would help health planner define priorities for prevention.
