摘 要:为使盾构机刀盘液压驱动系统在复杂地质层条件下节能降耗,在恒功率调速的基础上建立多级功率控制模式,即满载模式(100%全功率)、经济模式(80%全功率)、轻载模式(60%全功率)下,实现功率的可调;并针对某型盾构机在软土与砂土两种地质层负载载荷随机变化,借助AMESim软件对系统在三种工作模式下进行仿真分析和对比研究。结果表明软土地质层为保证盾构机的正常工作,选用满载模式或经济模式;砂土地质层为提高系统工作效率,降低能耗,选用经济模式或轻载模式。In order to archive energy saving and consumption reducing of hydraulic drive system of shield disk cutter under the condition of complex geological layer,a multilevel power control mode is established on the basis of constant power speed regulation,namely full load mode( 100% full power),economic mode( 80% full power)and light load mode( 60% full power),which makes the power adjustable. And the simulation analysis and contrast research of system is obtained in the three operation modes with the help of AMESim software for a type of shield machine in two kinds of geological layers of soft soil and sand under random load conditions. The results show that the full load mode or economic mode should be adopted to ensure the normal operation of the shield machine in the soft soil geological layer,while the economic mode or light load mode should be used to enhance the working efficiency and reduce energy consumption of the machine in the sandy soil geology layer.
