药学服务模式下外科质子泵抑制剂合理应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究与分析药学服务模式下外科质子泵抑制剂合理应用效果。方法:收治外科住院患者240例,平分两组,即对照组(药学服务前)和观察组(药学服务后)。观察、分析两组药物合理应用情况。结果:观察组使用质子泵抑制剂期间,在疗程长、无指征、重复用药、用法错误、溶媒选择不当、超剂量用药、联合用药错误等方面的不合理使用率与对照组相比显著较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务模式下外科质子泵抑制剂的合理应用效果显著,值得临床予以重视。Objective：To study and analyze the effect of rational application of proton pump inhibitors in the mode of pharmaceutical service care.Methods：240 cases of hospitalized patients were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group（before the pharmacy service）and the observation group（after the pharmacy service）.The rational application of the two groups of drugs was observed and analyzed.Results：In the observation group,the irrational usage rate of proton pump inhibitors was significantly lower than that of the control group in terms of long course,no indication,repeated medication,usage errors,inappropriate solvent selection,over dose medication and combined medication errors,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The rational application of the surgical proton pump inhibitors in the pharmaceutical service mode is significant,so it is worthy of clinical attention.
