摘　　要：目的:探讨双抗联合低分子肝素钙等早期保守治疗老年非ST抬高性心肌梗死的效果。方法:收治老年非ST抬高性心肌梗死患者15例,回顾性分析其临床特征、并发症、治疗措施及预后。结果:老年患者这一危急重症的临床特征、并发症及诊治原则均有一定特性。结论:正确掌握老年人这一常见病的临床特征及防治,对延长老年人寿命有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the effect of early conservative treatment on non ST elevation myocardial infarction in elderly patients with double antibody combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium.Methods：15 elderly patients with non ST elevation myocardial infarction were selected.The clinical features,complications,treatment and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The clinical characteristics,complications and the principle of diagnosis and treatment of the elderly patients with critical and severe diseases have certain characteristics.Conclusion：Grasp the clinical characteristics and prevention on this common disease in the elderly correctly,has great significance in prolonging the life span of the elderly.
