摘　　要：目的:探讨Carto指导房性心动过速射频导管消融的疗效和安全性。方法:收治房性心动过速患者10例,在Carto标测系统指引下行射频消融治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:9例患者未再发心动过速,1例右侧隐匿性预激综合征伴PJRT患者再次消融后未再发心动过速;所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论:Carto指导房性心动过速射频导管消融的疗效显著,安全性高。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of atrial tachycardia guided by CARTO.Methods：10 patients with radiofrequency ablation were chosen.They were treated with atrial tachycardia guided by CARTO,and we observed the therapeutic effect.Results：No tachycardia was found in 9 patients.No tachycardia was found in 1 patient with right occult preexcitation syndrome with PJRT after radiofrequency ablation,and no serious complications were found in all patients.Conclusion：The efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of atrial tachycardia guided by CARTO was significant,the security was high.
