摘　　要：目的:探讨柔肤激光(黑脸娃娃)美白嫩肤治疗中出现过敏现象的原因,探索预防措施及术后处理方法。方法:收治做"黑脸娃娃"出现过敏患者23例。轻症过敏现象未做医疗处理;重症过敏采取避免搔抓皮肤,调节饮食,及时补水,必要时补充钙和维生素C进行调理,配合口服盐酸西替利秦片等治疗。结果:23例患者中,轻症患者15例,重症患者8例,术后皮肤均恢复良好。结论:若能采取正确的预防措施和及时处理皮肤过敏现象,"黑脸娃娃"激光术是一种美白嫩肤的较好方法。Objective：To explore the causes of allergy of whitening and tender skin treatment with skin laser（black doll）,to explore preventive measures and postoperative treatment methods.Methods：23 patients with anaphylaxis by black doll were selected.The light allergy was not treated with a medical treatment.The severe allergy was treated by avoiding scratching and scratching the skin,regulating diet,replenishing water in time,supplementation of calcium and vitamin C when necessary,combined with oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablet.Results：Of the 23 cases,15 cases were light and 8 cases were severe.The skin recovered well after the operation.Conclusion：If we can take the correct preventive measures and deal with the skin allergy in time,the black doll laser surgery was a good method for whitening.
