摘　　要：目的:探讨急性肾盂肾炎的临床治疗。方法:收治急性肾盂肾炎患者47例,采用一般治疗和抗感染治疗等综合治疗手段,观察治疗效果。结果:总有效率95.74%。结论:对急性肾盂肾炎患者,采用综合治疗手段能取得较好的治疗效果。Objective：To explore the clinical treatment of acute pyelonephritis.Methods：47 patients with acute pyelonephritis were selected.They were treated with general treatment and anti infection treatment.We observed the treatment effect.Results：The total effective rate was 95.74%.Conclusion：For the patients with acute pyelonephritis,a better therapeutic effect can be achieved by comprehensive treatment.
