摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺增生患者应用经尿道双极等离子电切术对其性功能及最大尿流量(Q_(max))、残余尿量(PVR)的影响。方法:收治前列腺增生患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用开放式手术治疗,观察组采用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗,比较两组性功能、Q_(max)与PVR。结果:治疗后,观察组性功能与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组性功能评分低于治疗前和观察组(P<0.05);两组Q_(max)上升,PVR降低;观察组Q_(max)多于对照组,PVR少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对前列腺增生患者,开展经尿道双极等离子电切术有利于维护其性功能,提高最大尿流量,减少残余尿量。Objective：To explore the influence of transurethral bipolar plasma electrocutting on sexual function,Qmax and PVR in patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods：70 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the observation group was treated with transurethral bipolar plasma electrocision.We compared the sexual function,Qmax and PVR in the two groups.Results：After treatment,there was no significant difference in the sexual function of the observation group compared with that before the treatment（P〉0.05）.The score of sexual function in the control group was lower than that of before treatment and the observation group（P〈0.05）.The Qmaxof the two groups rised,and the PVR was reduced.In the observation group,the Qmax was higher than the control group,and the PVR was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with prostatic hyperplasia,transurethral bipolar plasma electric cutting was helpful to maintain its sexual function,improve the maximum urine flow and reduce the amount of residual urine.
